what is the best way to build a composite aluminum panelled wall that will allow me to stretch or change panel sizes and show a reaveal at panel edges

holy crap, how did you make the bevels on the panels? i really REALLY want to learn how to do that.

Like I said: "Curtain Walls", just create a "Curtain wall panel" family like you want, in project divide the curtain wall like you need and replace the panels by the NEW panel you created.

Ah, well I got as much as this.

 

It gives me an error because they aren't perfect rectangles or something...sigh.

 

I edited the original Solid Panel that comes with revit to have a slight bevel.  It only bevels two sides because it's an extrusion and then of course the error with using them in my project.

 

Would someone mind helping me create a more flexible beveled that can adapt to differing size panels?
