I am failry new to Revit but know the basics. I have imported a Autocad dwg into reivt as a backgound. The underlay has nice, crisp lines. When I draw my revit lines, the lines appear very thick. Is there a way to control this? I would like the lines to look llike they weren't drawin with a "brush".

Just set which Revit line you are using. You can pick which line you are using when you add them or you chan change them through the properties window afterwards. BTW, tracing CAD lines can cause you problems when you start dimensioning since CAD lines which look parallel may not really be parallel.
