Hi,

I want to know how to work with workset, and how we can assign permission to different user I try with in my office. I am Abel to create Work set and work on the Project With different user. the main problem. is i can not restrict any user for any Edit or change.

You can not really assign worksets, that is not their purpose.  However, if one user has a worset "checked out" other users will no be able to work in that workset. 

 

Some people have tried to use this to lock portions of the file but I don't believe they have found it to work very well.  I believe the sanwer to you needs is to teach discipline to your users.  Revit is a big change from cad because a change in one place can and does change many other areas.  This fact has to be learned and you need to find a way of working using this rather than fighting it.

There are books available as well as documents directly from AutoDESK on using worksets.  I suggest you start with those.
