Does anyone know if there is a way to have my drawings to print in black and white but to keep the red color of the revision clouds to show red when i print?

 Thanks!

You should be able to go to "Object Styles" and under the "Annotation Objects" tab change the Revision Clouds to be any color or line weight you desire.

Yes, and that's what we have done but we also have other colors in place for different types of pipes, like CW, HW and HWR. So, when I print I only want the color of the revision clouds to show up and the rest to be black lines.

Maybe, you could create a View Template for keeping the other settings colored the way you want and create another View Template with everything black lines except the Revision Clouds (Red).  With the view template you could switch back and forth for printing.
