Hi,

I downloaded all the 2009 service packs, and none of them will work.  I get an error when I try to open the SP that says,

"The service pack could not be installed because the expected Autodesk product could not be located on your computer.  Make sure that you are using the correct service pack for the product".

My program is Revit Architecture Suite 2009 64 bit, and I'm certain that I've downloaded the right SP, and I double checked by downloading all the other ones for 2009 and still nothing works.  I'm logged in as admin so I know I have permission to install.

I also tried the same thing on another machine in the office and it came up with the same errors.  The only unique thing I can think of which shouldn't affect Revit is that I didn't bother to install ACAD 2009 since I don't use it.

Something is wrong, in the bottom of this page you have several thread about the Services pack for 2009, please check if they are the same you have...
