Greetings, I am a new Revit 2011 user. With 10+ years of AutoCad experience working in a firm. I lost my job Sept. 2009. I hope that becoming familiar with Revit may re-energize my career in the field of commercial architecture.  I have not seen any published reference material yet. Any advice on becoming proficient with this software as it is intended to be used in the commercial architectural field?

Welcome to Revit's World....My advise is: You have a great tutorial.. Your HELP menu, also read the tutorials from Autodesk: http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=13080067&linkID=9243097

And remember, if you search in Youtube, you have hundreds of videos about Revit...

Good Luck.
