So basically, I made all of my dimensions too small. I need everything to be 1.5 times the size it is now. Is there any way I can maybe highlight everything and do it all at once? Thanks

Click on one dimension, go to properties and change the text size, if they are with the same "Name" they all change at same time...

left click on dim string, right click once it is highlighted, select element prop at the bottom, the select edit type, and scroll down to the text size field and change it to your new desired height.

I did that, but it only changes the size of the dimension's text. Am I doing it wrong? Thanks

Like Bimman said, when you go to the properties>edit type you have TOO another parameters to control the dim. string... Not only the size of the text...

idk, i'm not seeing it, maybe it's b/c i have revit 2011?

or

Maybe I didn't make myself clear in the begining. When I said the dimensions were too small, I meant that all of the "sizes" or"length" of all of the wwlls and foors were too small.

Sorry i know i'm being a bit of a pain but the help is much appreciated

So what you really meant to say is that you modeled the building to the wrong size?  For example the wall was supposed to be 10 feet long but I modeled it at 7.5 feet.  If that is the case, changing the text size of the dimension style will make the text size bigger in the dimension style.  That was what your orginal question was worded as, so people gave you the correct answer to your question.  It points out that to save yourself and the users of this forum a ton of time that you need to clearly state in un-ambiguous terms what the problem is and not pre-suppose the solution as part of the question.  That tatic is frequently done on this forum and leads to answers to a problem that never existed in the first place, but doesn't solve the real problem.

OK stepping off soapbox now.

Your real problem is you modeled the building to an incorrect size and now wish to make it be the correct size.  There is no magic button for this in Revit.  You can use the tools Revit offers to make the building to the correct size, but ultimately it will be a process you will have to undertake making critical decisions along the way.  You can use move things, align things, make use of dimensional constraints to get the model to be correct.  If you have model things with the proper relationships the process of updating the model can go rather quickly.  If Revit was used as a glorified 2D CAD program then it might be rather painful and a lesson learned.

Best of luck.

You could possibly shortcut the fix by exporting a plan view to ACAD, then in ACAD use the scale command to increase size, link back in the newly resized CAD file to Revit and use as a guide to move and align things around.
