Ive tried everything to get my callout head to show. one project has it, the other wont. i place the callout rectangle, but the head never appears. where is the option to turn this on and off. I have done no changes from one project to the other so I dont know where or why this happened. the callout view is created and can be placed on a sheet too. thanks revit 2009

What version of Revit? Go to Settings....

Yeah, so I went back over the step line out in my Mastering revit 2009 book and was able to reload the call out heads I created. I think also I was trying to create a callout inside a callout or something, so maybe I was doing something wrong, either way the problem worked itself out. I wish I had more info for the previous post, but I messed around with my views and got the curse worked out. Ill repsond to an email if one needs to chat more too. -michael
