We are trying to export a revit model to GBXML for use in Ecotect for analysis (education purposes), when exporting what is the difference between selecting 'Room' and 'Analytical Surfaces'??

I find very little help for ecotect related things at the autodesk site and since this part is in Revit maybe someone here can explain?

Thanks for any help.
