thanks Steve... so will it screw me up if I install 6.1with the wrong license manager?

IS THERE AI BATCH CONVERTER. SO I CAN GRAB ALL MY 6. AND LOWER FAMILIES THAT I HAVE MADE TO TAKE THEM TO 6.1. OR DO WE HAVE TO OPEN ALL OF THEM AND SAVE THEM IN 6.1.

when i place the text file over the shotcut it gives a message that says failed to open document. and none of the files ae marked read only.

I haven't used the batch converter before, but make sure you read the directions carefully, you might have to change a file name or something in the text file...
