oh if you are installing windows 7 64bit that will solve your problem, I am 99.9% sure of it. Just make sure you give your machine plenty of ram.... 8 gb MINIMUM!!

Hey guys, AWESOME news! I've just installed Windows 7 64bits and guess what? IT WORKED! So, to sum up:

 Solution:

-Upgrade from Windows XP Professional 32bits to Windows 7 64bits

-Upgrade from GeForce 6600LE 256mb to ATI Radeon 5750 1gb (which didn't solve the problem in XP)

-Same 4gb of RAM

Just some of the glasses didn't show up but I'll find out later why this happened.

Thanks everyone for the help.

 Fabio

glad to hear that help, but seriously... if you have the funds, upgrade your RAM. 64bit systems require alot more memory to feed off of

Graphics card has nothing to do with your render time and everything to do with viewing the model in your views and rotating it around, zooming, panning, etc.  I repeat:  IT DOES NOT HELP RENDERING.

64bit OS with lots of RAM helps.  As does processor speed.

Yes there are talks of upcoming GPU's that would assist with processor intensive tasks when not being used, but at this point, your purchase of a graphics card only helped revit show you the model in your views.  A good investment regardless, but its not for redering.
