Please see attached image, I also attached the Family file.

 

So I'm making this window with a certain "cut" or what to call it at the bottom.

 If you watch the left part of the picture you see what it looks like when inside the family, BUT when imported to a Project it looks the way on the right.

It seems like my extrusions inside the void in the bottom gets moved X mm to one way which I don't know why. I'm having the same problem with several models, but if someone could hint me in what's wrong in this model I could hopefully solve them all.

 

So what would be the problem for this dislocation?

This is not a bug, it is how the family is built.  You really have to be careful when building families - especially wall hosted elements.  As you model, Revit builds associations for placing / creating elements.  If you are not careful when you sketch an extrusion, that sketch line may be associating with the wall face instead of what you want it associated with. 

 

Because of that, I like to build my windows around a placement reference plane which is located well away from the wall in the family.  A parameter then controls where the entire window resides in the wall.  By dingv this, you can test (flex) the family and also control window setback in the wall.
