I had tried to render an exterior of a building, but the outcome of the interior is always dark. Although I had tried to put in more windows around the wall faces, the interior still lack of DAYLIGHT. Beside adding in artificial light (which I am not really wanting to due to slow rendering) or adjust the exposure of the rendered image, is there any other way to make the interior brighter? Thnx a lot for any help~

Did you try to change the lighting scheme from exterior sun only to interior sun only?

This should help some, I just dont do many renderings these days with no interior lights.

good luck

After you save the original rendering, lighten the entire image (either with Revit exposure tools or in Photoshop) in a duplicate file. Then you can cut and paste in Photoshop the lighter interior to the correct-exposed exterior.

This is actually a technique used by good architectural photographers to correct dynamic range limitations. There is also software available for automatic blending of photos with higher and lower exposures, but the manual option should work fine for you.
