I am creating a road for my site and created the road with the subreigon, i attempted to mark the lines in with the subreigon tool also but when i click finish subreigon i get an error saying..."Subregion does not appear to overlap a Toposurface with an appropriate Phase and Design Option."...What does this mean and how do i go about fixing it? Thanks!!
