Since the schedules in Revit are based (or should be based) on your model all the information needed in the schedule should be in your model. We sometimes have code information and the like that is not model based that we do in Excel. For these instances I print them to a PDF, then open PDF in Acrobat and export to JPG, then insert JPG into Revit. HTH Tom
