I need some help drawing this curved stair (2009)

attached are 2 images" the first is how it looks when I draw it in plan (not that when I drew it as a straight stair it worked, the problem was when I drew the risers as arcs)  The second image is what it looks like in 3D view.

 any help is much appreciated. Thanks

In addition to Typoon's fine video, you could sketch the stair as one straight stair then add the curved treads and move the boundry.  See attached file for example.

Another option is to do an in-place family that is a sweep and skip using the stair tool all together.

The problem here it's only with "Monolithic Stairs" because the others work greats....
