Ok, these things are driving me nuts! Look at all the curves in the attached rendering. They're all flat lines composed into a curve! I've used Revit Arch 2008/2009/2010 and they never did this; now I'm using RevitMEP 2009. Is there a setting somewhere that I can change?

I don't know MEP and Revit also don't "like" to work with small pieces.. BUT what is the Radius of those elements?

40" OD, those are 1-1/8" dia bolt holes.

I know it doesn't like small components, that's why this is so frustrating, it's BIG. The Hinge Pin across the top is 1" dia.
