Anyone can help me to create some plants with a fill pattern in plan with a variable radius depending of the height of the plant (like original revit plants)

Adjustable planting families are very simple to create.
Simply create one planting family as you desire in plan and in elevation using model lines or solids.
Now embed this planting family into another planting family and save.
The family will not automatically scale to the height given and the plan will adjust accordingly.
