If the fascia types are the same, delete the fascia on your gable end. Then select fascia on the eaves and click "add or remove segments". Select gable end and the fascias should clean up with a mitre joint.

Hi i hade this same problem and was informed that you can produce the fascia and sofit combined profile to the straght line eaves only.
You then need to produce the Fascia and Soffit to the gable end using Generic Modals in Place.
First i the Fascia and then the Soffit.
Find attached drawing to Show this ( produced for me by Excitech suport)

old thread but I'm working on something similar, just wondering how the revit community would handle this now compared to back in '05.
I've created a profile for a bent flashing to act as the fascia and soffit as shown in red in the first picture. I applied the profile as a fascia to all sides of the roof and don't like the corners. The undersides extend and overlap which doesn't look too good in renderings. I'm not expecting Revit to do this for me so I'm just looking for advice on how you guys would model this. Thanks.

I would not have modeled the bottom leg. That would show in the details.
