Does anyone know why water would continually show up as gray rather than like, well, water??? In other 3d views within the same file

shows up fine, but in the section perspective it just shows up as gray. My masses are all checked under my visibility graphics, so I'm not sure

if this is an issue with views, or material or section perspective...does anyone have any advice or ideas as to why this is happening??

Thanks!!!

Could you load up a pic ?

At a guess im saying your section cuts the water meaning it's showing up grey as per your elements cut properties

Thanks! I figured it was something like that. I'll upload a pic later today...

IS there something I can do to fix this problem? Should I adjust the form of the water mass so that it doesn't keep turing gray? Or can I do something in the material properties of the water material so that this doesn't keep happening?

I've successfully rendered a section/persp. w/ water before so I'm not sure why I'm having such a hard time now..
