From an earlier conversation  i understand that doors can automatically understand what room they are in.

My doors don't have a "room" parameter. Do i need an other door-family ?

Can anybody tell me how this works? Does it work for windows as well?

I will try again:

Is it possible use the information in what room a door or a window is placed?

I would like to make a door schedule with the doors to or from a room.

I hope this is more clear.
