Using revit 09

When I publish to DWF combining all my sheets into one dwf I end up losing part of my project, or it is off center one of the two.

When I publish a single sheet as a DWF using ALL the SAME SETTINGS the sheet turns out how it should.

Any idea on why this is happening? I have attached images to show what I'm talking about.

Notice on the combined I am missing part of my title block and the sheet name is overlaping its self.

I used my default print settings for both of these publishings and am very confused about this.
