My problem is pretty straightforward. My building has two eave-style roofs that I've joined using the Join Roofs tool (see attached Roof_3D image). However, there is a common attic space beneath the roofs that one of the roofs is clipping into (see attached Roof_Section image). Is there a simple way to join two roofs together and eliminate the portions of the roof that are being "cut"? I'm using Revit 2010. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

The Eaves are in the same elevation? if so you can create that in one piece, now to cut that go to "Openings" and use the "Dormer Opening"
