I attached a image of a 3d view i have made, it looks like some wierd mix of wireframe and shading, my graphics are set to shading with edges.... does anyone have any clue what is going on here, how i can fix it, or how i can make a new 3d view with default view vaules

You didn't said what version of Revit you use, graphics card and so one BUT delete that 3D view and create a new one...
