I am rendering a walkthough and at some point the RPC plantings flip horizontally. Is there a way to control this? See the attached video clip. I am using Revit Architeture 2010.

I have seen this on bushes. Never tried trees so close. Good question. I would take them out for now and put those bushes on the ground.Edited on: Wed, Apr 14, 2010 at 7:36:23 AM

The bushes flip too. They are much more symmetrical so the movement isn’t as obvious.

WHAT IS THE TREE FAMILY CALLED?

RPC Tree - Deciduous.rfa

I DID A TEST AND THE TREE I USED DID NOT DO THAT.

It is RPC Tree - Deciduous.rfa. It is also flipping the RPC Shrub.rfa. I found an option in the Render Appearance Properties under the Type Properties that allows you to lock the view. I am going to try that in a walkthrough tonight.

I have rendered entire walkthrougth (40 seconds) twice and the trees and bushes horizontally flip but not always at the same spots. I don't know what is the controlling factor that is making them flip.
