Hi Friends

I drew a room and made it a group. Then I edited it and annotated a dimention on it, and clicked finish.

Then I would like to edit it again, but I found the dimmension became gray, and I coouldn't move it or edit it.

I couldn't either add andy detail in this room group.

Would you teach me how to deal with dimention, room tag and other detail group in a group, please?

Thank you very much

Best regards

When I drew annotated a dimension or two dimension, and selected them to create a group, it always showed---The elements you have selected for grouping contain dimensions or tags which do not reference a common model group.  No detail group has been created.

If I selected a room, furnitures and those dimension to create a group, it showed ---Unable to create attached detail group in view 'Level 1' for the selected elements.

How can I make dimensions and tags into a group?

Thank you very much

First, you probably should not be grouping these.  You group elements when you want to use them in other locations, not just in one place.  Be careful with groups because they can take a lot of processing time.

Everting in the group has to reference something in a group.  If a dimension is from something in a group to something not in a group, it can not be in the group.  Obviously you found out the same thing for tags.
