in a current project i am working on i am trying to produce a helical ramp for large library.
the ramp will be used instead of stairs (i have tryed to produce a spiral stair but cannot change its pitch and a ramp would be better suited as it is low pitch)
i have tryed producing a ramp from ground floor to first floor using boundarys and putting in risers, but when click finish sketch it says it could not create the ramp surface.
anybody have any ideas?
or any suggestions on how i could best produce large helical ramp (diamtere around 8 metres).

problem sorted!
managed to create a spiral stair using boundarys, split it up with ref. planes to put in risers... did need to change diameter and other parts in order for it to create the stair.. but its done now!
