When I assign a color to a wall and view in elevation, the color "bunches" up on the curved surfaces and shows up lighter on walls that are closer to the viewer than the walls that are further away. This is nice for distinguishing these traits, but not good for making a color presentation to a review board interested in looking at the colors. Is there anyway to flatten out this color? Thanks

Unfortunately no. This is a known issue and wishlist to have flat shaded views without any lighting effects.

Has this ever been fixed in future versions?  I am having the same issue with round or slanted objects showing gray when they are in different planes.

"consistent colors" in graphic display options should do the trick for you.  I believe it was introduced in 2010?
