i'm trying to render a interior view of my building but it's too dark so i decided to throw in some lighting fixtures.

 the problem is I dont wanna show them in my renderings while making the rendering bright enough

can anyone help out a bit here please?

After the Render you have a "Adjust Exposure" button where you can adjust/control a bit you final image, try it....

I had the same problem and found this answer on another forum.  You have to edit the Light Fixture using the family editor.  Put the Physical Light (extrusions) in their own category under object styles, then you can hide the light fixture (subcategory), but still display the light's illumination.

Use the "Studio Light" fixture. This one shoots lights in all directions and no hardware fixture will show up in your render.
