Is there a way to change the color of different site features? Example, a football field. I have created a surface using Site-Grass as the default and would like to color in the endzones, however when I change the color in the properties it changes all the field. Any ideas?

have you tried editing the family and assigning a new material to the end zones? that is, edit the existing surface to be the area of the main field only (or whatever you guys over there call it) and create a new surface at each end for your end zones - with a different surface material to the main field...
