Hi,

I'm trying to use keynotes to indicate wall finishes

In materials eg "Fyrchek - Indentity tag - Annotation Information - Keynote "    I have place a abbreviation of PBD-FR-FJ with a description of the abb.

My Keynote tag has a label with 2 Options - Key Value & Key Text

My keynote tag is selecting the Wall finish of my wall in plan

If I select Key text in the Keynote tag - I get the description of the Keynote abbreviation eg Fire Rated Plasterboard

If I select Key Value in the Keynote tag - I don't get the Keynote abbreviation as expected but a ? expecting PBD-FR-FJ

Can anyone help as to what I'm doing wrong

I would appreciate any/all help

John A

Keynotes are read from a keynote file outside of the Revit file.  It is a simple txt file.  Your HELP will explain this furthur.
