Also you could set up Sheet sets for each trade and be prompted for each discipline. Just choose "Selected Views/Sheets" Choose the sheets you want in a set and click "SaveAs" and you can create named sets. Then whenever you need to make a Mechanical Set for example, you can use the "Name:" drop down and choose say "Mechanical" That way you only will be prompted to save one file name for each discipline, but you will have to go through the print dialog a few times.

I can help with this little bit (just starting revit) a program called "renamer" from den4b will batch rename any file (all 180) with limitless options.
