A friend of mine is working on a school project and had this problem and i could not seem to figure out why. The problem is that the has one wall that is a wall by face, and another wall that has the profile of it edited, and they are not cleaning up correctly in plan. The only thing I can think of is that it is because it is a wall by face, and that its curved? Please take a look at the images i have attached and let me know what you guys think. Thanks,

yes i tired using different types of wall joins, i was able to end up fixing the problem using the cut profile command.
