We are using RA 2009 One of our partners has a project with multiple levels, on the sheet the second floor plan shows up as it should When he goes to the second floor plan view to make changes all he can see is one vertical line (the crop region) I have zoomed in on it until i can adjust the left and right but the top and bottom are WAY up/down I have scrolled up and down and have not found the modelin the floor plan view just the left and right crop region boundries Anyone have any idea as to what would cause the crop region to zoom out to infinity and why the floor plan shows up on the sheet but not in the floor plan view itself?

Do you have any reference survey data loaded? Some times the surveyor's reference points are so remote and Revit wants to see all when loading that it will zoom out. If you have some reference data loaded remove it.
