I am trying to remove a large number of grid segments but don't know how to do it quickly and efficiently as i keep doing each one separately.

 As there is a very high amount of segments, i'm hoping there is a quicker way.

Any help would be appreciated

There isn't a quickly way to do that, just pick and "Add/remove...".... Sorry mate...

Certainly they need to change that in the new revit - this is just painful doing it. Spent the last 2 n half hours removing segments and about half way through.

Watching 6 nations while doing it now. Ha ha

I certainly also would like a way of deleting multiple curtain wall grid segments.  Mine are usually not many

Have you tried to go the other way; remove all (change the curtain wall family) and then create the once you want ?

I guess it depends on waht is the quickest

I had the same issue but I found a solution to easily delete single segments of a curtian grid system.

1. Go to Architecture Tab

2. Select Curtian Grid

3. Modify/Place curtian grid will pop up.

4. Select the cut tool, that splits in two.

5. If you want to cut Horizontal segment, cut at a vertical grid line. 

6. Then it will show segments as its own piece.

7. Select segment and press delete. (I prefer delete on keyboard for best efficiency)
