Hello all, I wonder if we can do a sweep blend between a flat plane and an angled plane? The attached image shows a concrete base and steel connector above. I don't know how to create "grouting" between them with Revit 2009. Thanks in advance for your help.

I think all you need to do is create a sweep blend (in section view) using an arc as the path, so that the top node of the arc is perpendicular to the base of the steel connector. After that just make the profiles as you want them, and done. I dont know if this helps you, let me know if it wasnt what you wanted.

Thanks for your quick response, EugenioFV. But do you mean I need to create individula sweep on each side? as "profiles" for front, side and back are different. Then what about the center? another extrusion? Thanks.

I just used the "Solid Blend" then a "Void Extrusion", I don't know if this is the shape you want/need for your "Grouting"....

Hi Typhoon, May I ask for your further assisting on creating the “grout” that you mention in the post? I was able to create the "Solid Blend" then a "Void Extrusion". However, how can I adjust the void in front view as per your image? Please see the attached Revit file that I have been worked on. Thanks again for your help!
