We are still in the midst of setting up our Revit standards...this will be ever evolving anyway. However we did not have a large ACAD detail library incorporated with hundreds of typical details. So we are pretty open to suggestions...what I was wondering was if most people preferred the white backdround in RST, or the black. A post was made in 2008 where black seemed outdated and white was preferred. I just cannot focus and navigate as efficiently with the black background. Is there a way to post a poll on user preferences so the community could get a better feel for other user preferences?

I've tried that black background and don't like it. I have hundreds of ACAD details, and you know what they never seem to fit the occasion. I detail directly from the drawings I find haveing the placement already correct makes the addition of text the relatively simple part. Besides when you bring in all those old ACAD details the text just does not look right.
