I am creating a family (An elevator) and need the cab to be room bounding so that I can include it as a room.  As it is right now, I cannot figure out how to do so.  I end up adding room separation lines to create the room once the family is loaded into my project.  Any ideas how to do this, or how to create families that include room bounding objects, such as walls?

Rom bounding is a system property and I don't know of any way of adding it to a family.

WWhub is correct.  Room sep lines are only available inside a Revit project.

A workaround is to create a seperate Revit project, load your elevator family, add the room sep lines, group everything and save out the group as a new Revit project.  Then when you need to use the elevator,in a new project you load and place the group which contains the elevator and the room sep lines.
