Im having trouble with my text and leaders arrangement.

Im using ISOCPEUR text font style (Upper case) and the leaders are not central to the text, ive attached a picture as an example.

Is there away to change the leader so its central to the text not up higher as in shown in the picture.

Or is it just a case of choosing a different text style.

If anyone knows of a way of fixing this it would be greatly appreciated.

No, the leaders attach to the top line of the text.

I'm not sure if you are wanting the leader to center on just the top line of text, or the whole group of text - but either way I think the answer is no (as far as I know - I'm a long way from a Revit expert though).  Revit offers VERY limited control over text.  A different font should work better as far as making it line up more in the middle of the top line.  Mine is offset a little, but not as bad as the example you've posted.  You could manually draw the leaders (use a custom family - not just detail lines) if it's a major issue - but just accepting it and moving on would be a much more productive approach!
