howdy,

i am trying to connect the lighting fixtures(277v 1va) to a 277/480v panel. here is the error message "Cannot assign or add H1 to Circuit. The Voltage (0 V) for the Circuit is out of range for the Line to Ground Voltage for H1 (The Line to Ground Voltage is specified in the assigned Distribution System)."

i made sure the voltage and VA are correct in the 3rd party Lithonia fixture(s). and then reloaded them and it still won't work. Any ideas what to do next?

thanks!

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU NEED A STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER IN THE DESIGN. YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. THIS IS NOT A REVIT PROBLEM BUT A ELECTRICAL DESIGN FLAW.

make sure the connector voltage in your family matches your fixture voltage. also make sure that the fixture family has a connector on it
