Here we go: I have created a Revit family baseplate with a structural column family template. This allows me to have this appear in column schedule...I think. I also did the same thing with an anchor rod family. I then loaded the anchor rod family into the baseplate family. Yeah...I have a base plate and anchor rod family that can no be tagged in GCS right?.... ...Here is the problem. When I apply a footing to the column, it is attached to the undersid eof my anchor rod. Everything I try the system just overrides and moves it down...please help. I put a lot of time and learning into these families. I hope someone has a suggestion. Thanks, Greg
