Check this screen shot. Ive arrowed some roofs and even structural framing. ALL THIS IS ABOVE your head by two levels. you can see the view range settings in the shot too. The view is of the lowest level of a split level house. but why is it showing roof and framing that does not show on the main floor plan (because of couse its above your head) but here on this view you can see it all! I don't know why this is happening as the plan cut plane and view range should stop this... help.

Underlay? I don't know how you modeled the roof or framing but be aware that with most family types, if any of the family is cut by this plan, the family will be shown. That includes invisible lines in the family.
