Is their a way to pin the joist to the roof? i need my joist to follow my roof slopes but cant get it to do it... HELP!!! PLEASE!!

You will want to make a reference plane in an elevation view which mirrows the bottom of your roof plane, lock those two together, and then rotate and lock your joists to this same plane.

I should also say, if you're using multiple joists, you probably should have built them with a beam system, and it's this entire beam system which should be rotated and pinned to this new roof slope reference plane.
