You say you are having trouble, that would suggest you have a file started - but I doubt it. Don't you really mean you can't find one. If you already have this in CAD, then use it. Combination files like this are near impossible to do by hand and the file description will be huge. I suggest you use a simple crosshatch for your vertical and horizontal lines ... then add a transparent fill in views for the dot pattern, if you have to.
