I was wondering if I can change the shape of a call out at all? I would like the call out to be a circle if possible, Is there anyway of doing this?

Sorry - Revit does not support any other shape at this time.

WWhub is correct but you can duplicate the existent callout and increase the radius of the corners like you can see in the images....
