Mullions layout are created using grids - which unfortunately do not have any options for curved/arc grid lines. (I wish they do!). You might have to model in-place.

You can't create a curved mullion inside a curtainwall .... BUT ... you can edit the profile of a curtainwall and have curved mullions at the edges..... so ... think out of the box... edit your curtainwall profile and cut a hole in it.  The edges of the hole will have curved mullions.  Now place another curtainwall that has been edited to be a circle to fit in the hole.

That is two curtailwalls end to end.  Just modified the profile of each to be the curve and one has the curved mullions - the other has no mullion at the curve.

That's very nice WWHub!!! I also wish that they you can create a curve/arc grid lines so you can simply add mullions to it. The two curtain wall will work out well with just one curving mullion (like what you have in the picture). but what if you need to put like 10 mullions of the same? I'm guessing you need to create 10 curtain panel as well. wishlist?

If I needed to do ten, I would only do one large panel with an in-place family that was all my curved mullions.

I was able to create the curved mullions by cutting them out but i was also wondering if you were able to do this on a curved storefront. I have been trying to find someway to edit the profile but wheni create a curved storefront i am not able to.

You really can't do a curved storefront in plan ... just a segmented storefront because you really don't want to curve glass.  Any segment could be one storefornt and modified.

But if you want something else, do in-place model elements and don't try to force Revit's stock tools to be this unique.
