Does anyone knows how to add line weight to a drawing in Revit Architecture 2009?

I'm having trouble with it...

Line weights are defined on a per category basis via object styles using a numeric value that correlates to a thickness for a given drawing scale.

Are you actually referring to line weights or are you asking about the lines tone when plotted...to add depth to the plot?

There are 16 pre-defined line-weights in Revit.  You can access the pen weight table by going to Settings>Line Weights.

The Revit line weights are relative per scale setting.  Be careful if you modify the table.  You cannot add or delete any additional line weights though.

As Brett said, the line weights from this table are assigned to object categories.

If you are talking CAD links, then modify the pen import settings table or go to the Object styles for "Imported Categories" and assign a line weight there to a layer in the CAD file.

brettgoodchild gave you the answer...

go to your visual graphics and look at all the line weights right there.  if this is a global change, i think you click "Object Styles" in 09.

not to be discouraging, but dont play with the pen settings if you are just figuring out how to mess with an objects line weights, please.

also, if you need to change just a few lines quickly in one view, look to the linework tool... very handy for modifying line weights.
