Hi,

I’m trying to make my exterior walls have a sandstone finish to fit in with Edinburgh architecture and not having much luck with it.  Would appreciate any help to shed a little light on to where i could find a good wall finish or how to do it myself.

Thanks

Do you have the material (sandstone finish) texture image? if so, just go to materials, duplicate a default material and use that texture/image....

if you've already tried and failed, please tell us where you are having problems.  otherwise, it should just be a matter of setting the material appearance for the wall.  check the material you have set for the structure of the wall, play with some stock finishes, then try your hand at tweaking the rendering settings.

I don't have a default sandstone finish in my library.  Is there somewhere I can download it from or has it to be setup manually?

 Thanks for the help.
