I'm trying to do a slopped concrete slab on a building. The best I have is a rectangular extrusion of the area i'm trying to work with...

if you are in revit 2010, use the modify floor button on the ribbon and add points at the elevations you require

when you are creating the slab use the "Slope Arrow" tool to create the slope you want...
