Hi all-

as part of a renovation, we are lifting an existing house a full floor above grade and adding a new lower floor. Any ideas on managing the levels of this through phasing for this would be greatly appreciated! Using Revit 10. Thanks

I suggest a lateral cheat

Instead of moving the floors up, just recreate your site topo a floor higher and with phasing only one will apear, so for existing it'll appear at level 1, and for new construction at level 0.  Giving you that extra floor space to model
